Q: Where can I start using DUSD Stake-X?

Q: Why does it show "waiting for staking" after I stake?
A: Staking processes in batches every few hours. Please check back later.
Q: My staked DUSD isn’t showing. What's wrong?
A: Reasons include DUSD in the queue for staking or the need to re-press stake in the App due to intelligent contract limits.
Q: Why is the page loading slowly?
A: For optimal speed, use Chrome. The App is dependent on the Ocean infrastructure/blockchain.
Q: What if the page won't load?
A: Refresh your browser and wait up to 30 seconds; the blockchain response can be slow.
Q: The app doesn't look right on mobile. Why?
A: The app isn't optimized for mobile yet.
Q: Which browser works best?
A: Chrome is recommended.
Q: What to do if I have connection issues?
A: Recheck your Metamask settings. Connect Metamask
Q: How do I add DUSD to Metamask?
A: To add DUSD, go to 'Import Tokens' in MetaMask and enter 0xFF0000000000000000000000000000000000000F under 'Token Contract Address'. Your DUSD and DFI should then be visible.
Q: Where can I find Metamask settings for DMC and Stake-X/DUSD?
Q: Is there a fee for using DUSD Staking?
A: Until 15th of February 2024 there are no fees for using the product. Starting from February 15, 2024, a 10% Javsphere performance fee will be implemented on DUSD Staking. This fee will be redistributed to all $JAV token holders, creating a continuous reward stream. Read more.
