📃Frontend Overview

All details of DUSD Staking frontend

Connect your wallet first

Before you can start using DUSD Staking you have to Connect Metamask. You need $DUSD (for investing) and $DFI (as gas fee) to use DUSD Staking.

Use DUSD Staking

1. Metachain & Metamask

You will see your connected network 'Metachain Mainnet' and your EVM address next to the Metamask icon.

2. Product Description

You are using StakeX, Javsphere's premier staking service.

3. Select Stack

Here, you can see the selected stack. In this case, it is 'DUSD Staking' and the related APY (DUSD Staking Yield) and TVL (Total Value Locked) of all users.

4. Expected Yield

This section shows your expected yield in DUSD from DUSD Staking for the next 24 hours based on your current investments. Please remember that this value may vary depending on changes in APY and your invested amounts.

5. Your Balances

In this section, you see:

  • 'Your invested DUSD balance', which means your DUSD amount currently in DUSD Staking.

  • 'DUSD in your wallet' shows the amount of DUSD in your Metamask/on your EVM address available to put into DUSD Staking.

  • 'Total earned' is a summary of all your earned rewards through DUSD Staking on the connected address.

6. Statistics

Displays the earned rewards generated through DUSD Staking within the last few days.

7. Approve & Stake

When you use DUSD staking for the first time, you have to give the smart contract the permission ('Spending cap request for your DUSD') to invest a certain amount of DUSD from your wallet into DUSD staking 'Approve'. This step is necessary, otherwise the smart contract will not be able to invest your DUSD. Please remember that for this step and staking you need enough $DFI as gas fee in your wallet. If not, the transaction can't be executed. Please note that this transaction may take a few minutes due to the block time of the DeFiChain.

Afterwards you receive a 'Transaction pending' information. The transaction is successful when you receive a 'Transaction complete' notification.

As soon as you have approved the 'Spending cap request for your DUSD', you can stake DUSD. Therefore, enter the desired amount of your available DUSD in your wallet and click 'Stake'. A Metamask window opens in which you have to press 'Confirm' to finalize the 'Staking' transaction. Please note that this transaction may take a few minutes due to the block time of the DeFiChain.

Afterwards you receive a 'Transaction pending' information. The transaction is successful when you receive a 'Transaction complete' notification. This will be indicated as ‘Your DUSD is waiting for staking' in the 'Details' (9).

Please note that our Staking batch runs every three hours (for more information DUSD Staking Tech). Therefore, your staking or unstaking actions may remain in the 'Your DUSD waiting for staking' queue or 'Your DUSD waiting for unstaking' queue for a certain time.

As soon as the Staking batch is done, you will see that your invested DUSD amount has moved from 'Your DUSD waiting for staking' under 'Details' (9.) into 'Your invested DUSD Balance' under 'Your Balances' (5.).

8. Unstake

You can unstake at any time but only if you have DUSD invested in DUSD Staking earlier on. Enter your desired amount of your invested DUSD in DUSD Staking and click on 'Unstake'. That’s a similar process on Metamask like described above in the approval process for 'Staking'.

The transaction is successful when you receive a 'Transaction complete' notification. This will be indicated as ‘Your DUSD is waiting for unstaking' in the 'Details' (9). Please note that our Staking batch runs every three hours. Therefore, your staking or unstaking actions may remain in the 'Your DUSD waiting for staking' queue or 'Your DUSD waiting for unstaking' queue for a certain time.

As soon as the Staking batch is completed, you will see that your unstaked DUSD amount has moved from 'Your DUSD waiting for unstaking' into 'Your withdrawable DUSD' under 'Details' (9.). Now, you are able to withdraw your DUSD (see #9.-details-and-withdraw).

9. Details & Withdraw

Under the 'Details' section you see all DUSD that are currently waiting for staking or unstaking as well as all withdrawable DUSD.

Please note that our Staking batch runs every three hours (for more information please seeDUSD Staking Tech). Therefore, your staking or unstaking actions may remain in the 'Your DUSD waiting for staking' queue or 'Your DUSD waiting for unstaking' queue for a certain time.

After successfully unstaking your DUSD, you are able to 'withdraw' them. That’s a similar process on Metamask like described above in the approval process for 'Staking' or 'Unstaking'. As soon as you have successfully withdrawn your DUSD your DUSD amount will be added to your 'DUSD in your wallet' under 'Your Balances'.

10. History

At the bottom of the page you can see your DUSD Staking history with 'Rewards', 'Deposits', 'Withdrawals' and 'Requested Withdrawals'. By clicking on the transaction ID you can always view the details via the DeFiChain Block Explorer.
