What is the LeverageX Trading Tournament?

The LeverageX Trading Tournament is a high-stakes, poker-style trading event where traders compete for the prize pool based on their Profit Score.

There are two separate tournament groups:

🔴 500 USDC Buy-In for Group 1

🟢 100 USDC Buy-In for Group 2

Traders compete only within their tier for a share of the prize pool.

Each group has 3 winners:

🥇 1st Place → 70% of the respective prize pool

🥈 2nd Place → 20% of the respective prize pool

🥉 3rd Place → 10% of the respective prize pool

Send 500 USDC or 100 USDC (depending on your group) to the designated deposit address: 0xca329B5F14EEcd8Cdf70Bf6316452779e95D528a (Base Chain)
Only USDC on Base is accepted. No other tokens or chains!
Deposits must be made before the deadline to be eligible (Thursday, Feb 6th 2025, 23:59 UTC)
Trading will take place on https://app.leverageX.trade
Ranking will be available on https://leverageX.trade/competition

Important: Once you send USDC, your wallet is automatically whitelisted for the competition. No additional sign-ups, full anonymity possible.

The Profit Score from trading during the tournament will determine the rankings.
The top 3 traders in each category will share the full prize pool.

The Profit Score is designed to fairly assess trader performance by considering absolute profits, percentage profits, and trading activity.

Profit Score Formula
- Profit Score = (P&L in $ * 0.2) + (P&L in % * 0.5) + (Number of Trades * 0.3)
Key Components
- 1. P&L in $
  Reflects the absolute profit or loss achieved by the trader during the competition. Weighted at 20% in the final score.
- 2. P&L in %
  Accounts for the relative profit or loss as a percentage of the initial trading balance. This ensures fairness across traders with different starting balances. Weighted at 50%.
- 3. Number of Trades
  Recognizes the trader’s activity and consistency during the competition. Weighted at 30%.
