# xJAVLIS Vault

## Overview

The xJAVLIS Vault is a yield-generating vault designed to allow users to provide liquidity in the form of [JAVLIS](https://docs.javsphere.com/javlis/buy-javlis) tokens. In return, users receive xJAVLIS, which represents their share in the vault. The xJAVLIS Vault acts as the counterparty to traders on LeverageX and earns trading fees from platform activity.

## Key Concepts

* **xJAVLIS Vault**: The central vault where users deposit JAVLIS to support the LeverageX trading ecosystem.
* **xJAVLIS Token**: A yield-bearing token representing a share in the xJAVLIS Vault. At launch, **1 xJAVLIS = 1 JAVLIS**, but this rate may vary based on trading outcomes (PnL) and fees collected.
* **Epoch**: A 24-hour cycle that governs withdrawal timing and open PnL snapshots.

## Main Functions

### Deposit

* **How it works**:
  * Users deposit JAVLIS into the xJAVLIS Vault and receive xJAVLIS in return.
  * xJAVLIS grows in value over time as the vault earns a share of trading fees.
  * Deposits are processed immediately.
* **UI Details**:
  * Enter the amount of JAVLIS to deposit.
  * See estimated xJAVLIS to receive.
  * Deposit fees are **not fixed**. Instead, they are **dynamically based on the amount of JAVLIS frozen in CryoVault**, similar to the LLP or xJAV logic.

### Withdraw

* **How it works**:
  * Withdrawals are not instant.
  * Users must **submit a withdrawal request**.
  * The current **withdrawal delay is 3 epochs (3 days)**.
  * Once your epoch window arrives, you can manually complete your withdrawal.
* **UI Details**:
  * Withdraw tab allows entering the xJAVLIS amount to convert back to JAVLIS.
  * Displays pending withdrawal, if any.
  * Withdraw fees are **not fixed**. Instead, they are **dynamically based on the amount of JAV frozen in CryoVault**, similar to the LLP logic.
  * Manual execution needed after the waiting period.

## Vault Metrics Explained

* **TVL (Total Value Locked)**: Total JAVLIS deposited in the xJAVLIS Vault.
* **xJAVLIS Price**: Current conversion rate between xJAVLIS and JAVLIS.
* **xJAVLIS Supply**: Total amount of xJAVLIS tokens minted.
* **Pool Size**: Current available liquidity in JAVLIS.
* **Utilization**: Portion of the pool currently used as trading collateral.
* **APY**: Estimated annualized yield based on platform fee accrual.

## Initial Liquidity and Pricing

The xJAVLIS Vault is launching with an initial liquidity of **11.1M JAVLIS** seeded into the system to kickstart on-chain trading with a strong base.

* **Initial Price**: 1 xJAVLIS = 1 JAVLIS

  This 1:1 ratio marks the starting exchange rate and serves as the baseline for early stakers.
* **Dynamic Pricing**:

  The xJAVLIS price will evolve over time, reflecting real-time trading outcomes:

  * If traders lose, the vault earns — increasing the xJAVLIS value.
  * If traders win, the vault pays out — decreasing the xJAVLIS value.

As a result, the xJAVLIS price is a dynamic indicator of vault performance and may rise or fall based on platform activity and net PnL (profit & loss).

## Trading Impact

* The xJAVLIS Vault acts as the liquidity source for trades using JAVLIS as collateral.
* Profitable trades are paid from the vault.
* Losses from traders are credited to the vault, increasing its value.

## Risk and Return

* Earnings come from trading fees collected on all trades using JAVLIS collateral.
* Losses occur when traders win. Vault value may decrease temporarily.
* Vault returns depend on overall trading performance and volume.

## Epoch System

* **Length**: 24 hours
* **Withdraw Delay**: Currently 3 epochs (3 days)
* **Use**: Synchronizes open PnL and provides a structured withdrawal mechanism.
* Withdrawals are only possible during your assigned epoch window.

## Additional Info

* **Deposit and Withdraw Fee**: Fees depend on the deposit amount and your JAVLIS tokens in CryoVault — the more JAV you freeze in Cryo, the lower your fee (same logic as LLP and xJAV).
* **Initial Liquidity**: The vault starts with 11.1 million JAVLIS in liquidity. More can be added by any user at any time.

## How to Use xJAVLIS Vault

1. Visit [app.javsphere.com](https://app.javsphere.com/)
2. Navigate to the xJAVLIS Vault section
3. Connect your wallet
4. Deposit JAVLIS to receive xJAVLIS
5. Track your balance and earnings in real-time
6. Request withdrawal when needed and follow the epoch cycle
